ESTIMATE: Before the first cleaning session our manager will visit your house to estimate the number of hours needed to clean your place. During that time, we will also advise you on cleaning products (we use your products) and arrange a day and time suitable for you for your regular cleaning schedule.
ONE EXPERIENCED CLEANING LADY: Your household cleaning needs will always be met by the same lady coming to your house on regular schedule. On her first visit, she will be assisted by our manager who will make sure that the job is done to your satisfaction. Our company takes pride in the quality of the cleaning services we offer, and we will do whatever it takes to fulfill your expectations.
BATHROOMS: tiles & mirrors, tubs & sinks, chrome shined, toilet and base of toilet, glass shower and /or bathtub doors (scrubbed inside & out), shower floor washed, soap dishes washed out, towels folded, floors washed, garbage emptied.
KITCHEN: floors, tables, chairs, and countertops are done, tops and fronts of major appliances are cleaned, backsplash behind sinks and window above are cleaned, cupboards are washed down, the inside and outside of microwave is cleaned, stove elements are removed, and foil replaced, hanging lamps, stove fan, etc. are dusted.
LIVING ROOM AND DINING ROOM: dusting and vacuuming throughout. This includes tables, TV, lamps, pictures, windowsills, door etc. , cushions removed when furniture is vacuumed.
LAUNDRY ROOM: tops and fronts of washer and dryer are wiped down; the inside of laundry tubs is also cleaned. Floors are vacuumed and washed.
Hours of operation: Monday to Friday: 8:00AM to 5:00PM
Our Rates:
Service on a regular basis:
$40/hr.
Moving-in or moving-out:
$50/hr.
Occasional cleaning service:
$45/hr
Minimum service time is 3 hours.
